Terms and Conditions for Tournaments

Service Agreement 

  1. SERVICES: GridIron Productions will perform the following services for CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS
    • Provide a camera crew to capture CUSTOMERS event(s)
    • Provide edited online content to CUSTOMER within four (4) business days after the end of event date, unless otherwise communicated to CUSTOMER by GridIron Productions (allow Twelve (12) business days after conclusion of any tournament)
    • Access to all CUSTOMER events in .MP4 file format from a download server
    • Event video will be available from a download server for a period of at least 2 weeks from delivery date
    • Provide a download link to customer for unlimited downloads of event. Unlimited downloads of each file will expire two (2) months after delivery date of that file. Placing game videos back on download server after two months will require a retrieval and upload fee.

  2. QUALITY: GridIron Productions will provide customer with high definition quality video of event for download purposes. Any DVD productions will be modified to standard definition.  Issues with video quality will be dealt with on a case by case basis, and discounts will be given at GridIron Production’s discretion.
  3. DISTRIBUTION: All videos are the property of GridIron Productions.  Videos may be copied or edited by the CUSTOMER only for the purpose of personal / team viewing, highlight videos, or college recruiting.  Any other rebroadcast, reproduction, sale or use of the video without express written consent of GridIron Productions is strictly prohibited. Providing access of event videos to opposing teams is strictly prohibited.
  4. INSURANCE: GridIron Productions and its employees are fully insured with a Corporate Liability policy.
  5. PRICING AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE: For single events and multi game discount packages payment in full is due at the time of ordering but no later than 72 hours prior to first event, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.  All sales are final.  Refunds will be given for events/games not recorded on a case by case basis only for issues within the control of GridIron Productions (late camera crews, equipment failures, etc.) or because of issues caused by a pandemic.
  6. INVOICES: Single events (tournaments) can be reserved via GridIron Production’s website at then current pricing which is posted on the website. Multi event packages, discounts and payment terms will be agreed to and reflected on the invoice.
  7. WEATHER/CANCELLATIONS: GridIron Productions will reschedule events cancelled prior to the beginning of the event.  The CUSTOMER is responsible for notifying GridIron Productions of event cancellations or field / venue changes.  Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of fees paid.  Events that are cancelled or postponed due to weather will be rescheduled.  A $30 service fee will be charged to CUSTOMER if less than half of an event is completed and the event/game is canceled or postponed.  Events or games that are not rescheduled will be refunded at the discretion of GridIron Productions.  Any event stopped at halftime or after is considered a full event/game.  GridIron Productions will film in adverse weather conditions up until the point it becomes dangerous for our crew members and/or equipment.  Quality of game film may be slightly affected by rain or high winds.
  8. TOURNAMENTS: During Tournaments GridIron Productions will allocate equipment and camera crews to purchasing customers.  Every attempt will be made to schedule as many games as customer requests and to ensure crews are at customer’s game prior to the start of the game.  GridIron Productions has no control over games being delayed due to injury, referee overage time, etc.  GridIron Production’s policy is to remain at a game until it is completed, which can occasionally result in camera crews arriving late to their next game.  Customers with more than 5 minutes of game film missing will be reviewed on a case by case basis and a partial refund may be offered.  GridIron Productions will pull a final tournament game schedule the day before the tournament begins.  IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY GridIron Productions OF ANY FIELD CHANGES FROM THAT POINT ON. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF FEES.
